Light and airy sponge brownie with goodness of cocoa.

Note: All bakery products are 100 % vegetarian.

Thaw in Chiller 1-4 °C for 8 hrs (OR) defrost in microwave for 30 seconds

1) Sponge Brownie Ice Cream Cake

  • Ingredients: Sponge Brownie, ice cream, chocolate ganache, sprinkles.
  • Instructions:
    1. Use Sponge Brownie as the base layer in a springform pan.
    2. Spread softened ice cream over the brownie layer and freeze until firm.
    3. Pour chocolate ganache over the frozen cake and top with sprinkles.
    4. Freeze again until set, then slice and serve.

Warm (20-30 seconds) and serve as brownie sizzler. Use as ingredient for brownie shakes, ice cream, sundae and waffles
