Thaw in Chiller 1-4 °C for 8 hrs (OR) defrost in microwave for 30 seconds

1) Nutty walnut Brownie Pudding

• Ingredients: Crumbled brownies, custard, whipped cream.

• Instructions: Combine crumbled brownies with custard. Chill and serve.

1.1) Walnut Brownie Parfait

• Ingredients: Nutty Walnut Brownie, yoghurt or whipped cream, honey, fresh fruit.

• Instructions:

  1. Layer crumbled Nutty Walnut Brownie with yoghurt or whipped cream in a glass.

  2. Add a drizzle of honey and fresh fruit between layers.

  3. Repeat until the glass is filled, then chill and serve.

Warm (20-30 seconds) and serve as brownie sizzler. Use as ingredient for brownie
shakes, ice cream, sundae and waffles
